Account Management

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may create and maintain only one qd77 account. If the same person creates multiple accounts (duplicate accounts), all accounts will be cancelled and all funds may be forfeited.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, qd77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at qd77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum of ৳500 is required for a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply:

• You may only withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

qd77 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and close the account if any attempt to abuse bonuses is detected — such as one person claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or low-risk cover betting.

5.4 Other Promotions

qd77 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. These general terms and conditions apply to all promotions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

qd77 has specific rules for each of its services, including sports betting, casino games, and other gaming activities. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless qd77 makes a correction due to an error on its part.

6.2 Technical Errors

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qd77 platform:

• Taking any action with the intent to commit fraud or deception.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phish, or carry out any other cyber attack.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other users over game outcomes.
